What if characters from the Star Wars saga were posing in front of the Eiffel Tower? The artist Benoît Lapray makes us discover his astonishing universe, a mix between two worlds, through a free photo exhibition to see at Bercy Village. Come admire Pop Icons from 19 May to 18 September 2022.

Fans of fantasy or science fiction films have certainly wondered what the world would look like if their heroes were real. The French artist Benoît Lapray gives us a glimpse of this parallel universe, embarking on his unusual works, exhibited in the passages of Bercy Village, the 18 May to September 2022.

The photo exhibition Pop Icons features pop culture characters in very real landscapes . Statues of Stormtroopers in front of the Eiffel Tower, Superman admiring the horizon, Iron Man strolling along the waters edge, a statue of Shrek overlooking a crossroads in a city center...

These universes of pop culture are integrated into our world, as if these heroes were our neighbours, as if they were celebrated like the great figs of our history.
