Stepping into the Hotel Lancaster means being sure of a time out of time and far from the hubbub of the city. For the beautiful days, the hotel reveals its best-kept secret to Parisians, its terrace summer.         draws his inspiration from Provence to Italy via Menorca, to imagine a generous and gourmet menu.

        The chef is inspired, indeed , products from around the Mediterranean such as olives, herbs from the garrigue, cheeses and charcuterie, local fishing and its rock for a fresh and simple cuisine,

          sip of sunshine. On the menu, tapas to share and nibble with your fingers, such as Mediterranean octopus confit in Pedro Ximénez vinegar, prawn tempura with anise, the board of Corsican charcuterie or cheeses from Provence
