HiveMinds Innovative Market Solutions, the digital expert of Madison World has reportedly won the digital mandate for Flipkart Health+ following a multi-agency pitch that saw several rounds of presentations.

The Walmart-owned Flipkart forayed into the healthcare space with the launch of Flipkart Health+ - a digital healthcare marketplace platform – in April 2022, aiming to serve a broader customer base reaching across 20,000 pin codes in India.

For the unversed, Flipkart Health+ intends to offer easy and convenient access to affordable and quality healthcare services and products by creating a strong network of independent sellers.

With the new mandate, HiveMinds will manage and achieve digital performance targets with the help of existing digital platforms and publisher networks.

Arvind Charanyan V, Chief Business Officer at Flipkart Health+ shed light on the post-Covid demand for healthcare and wellness products in India, which continues to remain unfulfilled in remote areas.

Arvind mentioned that the company plans to use technology for strengthening the healthcare ecosystem in order to best serve customers with improved accessibility for the underserved and aim for a healthier India. 

He added that Flipkart Health+ is betting on Hiveminds’ deep-rooted expertise and understanding of how to use digital as a medium to reach customers.

Speaking on the win, Deepti Bhadauria, Chief Strategy Officer at HiveMinds stated that the company hopes to channelize its prior experience in the digital healthcare ecosystem in spreading the philosophy of Flipkart Health+ throughout the country.

Notably, the full-service digital marketing company headquartered in Bengaluru specializes in performance marketing, e-commerce, display, and programmatic buying.

Beyond Flipkart, HiveMinds also manages digital mandates for BigBasket, Dominos, CoinSwitch Kuber, and MaxLife Insurance.
